Most people may only have the opportunity to work with a realtor once, but our family has been fortunate enough to work with Cathy twice, and both experiences came back-to-back during two very difficult times in our lives. Unfortunately, both my mom and my wife’s father passed away, with my father-in-law passing first. We initially hired another realtor in San Diego to sell my wife’s family property.
