Cathy was amazing to work with! She knows the real estate business and from the very beginning she was committed to helping us find the right house. It was a very difficult real estate market because of COVID, low inventory and the overall competitive nature of the bids. When we found the home we really wanted, Cathy developed an excellent working relationship with the sellers agent and I'm very confident that was one of the reasons we got the house we wanted and that our sale went smoothly. She went to bat for us several times to make sure that we were getting what we wanted and in the end we found the most amazing house in an incredible neighborhood.
