Meet Lori Ratliff

Born and raised in the Province of Vicenza, Italy, Lori grew up in a small, picturesque town renowned for its vineyards and fine wines. Her early years there—cycling through the countryside and singing in her church choir—instilled in her a deep appreciation for community and craftsmanship, values she would carry throughout her career. She went on to work as a wine technician, honing a keen eye for quality and detail.

Lori married a U.S. Air Force staff sergeant she met while he was stationed in Italy, and the couple relocated to his native California. While raising their two children, she built a diverse professional background in sales and customer service, developing strong communication skills and a genuine talent for connecting with people.

In 2002, Lori found her true calling in real estate—a career that allowed her to combine her passion for helping others with her natural problem-solving abilities. What sets Lori apart is her deeply relational approach to the business. She takes the time to truly listen to her clients, understand their unique needs, and guide them with confidence through the often-stressful process of buying or selling a home.
